General Laborer

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated General Laborer to join our team. This role involves working with wash/paint and inspection processes for glass products. Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality painted glass products on time, safely, and at the lowest possible cost.
• Demonstrate respect, positivity, and a strong work ethic on the shop floor.
• Prepare paint for use on automated paint machines and hand-spraying equipment.
• Communicate with the tempering line and inspect products based on daily production schedules.
• Clean wet paint from glass edges and surfaces to ensure proper finish.
• Work closely with teammates to rack, cure, and bake newly painted glass pieces.
