**General Laborer - 1st Shift - $20/hr + Piece Work**

**Job Description:**

As a General Laborer, you build internal conduit structures and support the concrete casting process to ensure high-quality precast units. You work with steel forms, PVC conduits, reinforcement assemblies, and anchors to help produce durable, structurally sound products in a busy manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Build internal conduit structures according to specifications and production plans.
+ Oversee the concrete casting process to ensure concrete is poured correctly and consistently.
+ Clean and prepare steel forms to specification before each pour.
+ Cut and join PVC conduits to maintain proper spacing and alignment within units.
+ Fabricate and secure cages and assemblies to reinforce concrete units.
+ Install anchors and pins into units to meet structural and design requirements.
