Descriptions

  • Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and utility installation activities.
  • Perform hand digging, trenching, backfilling, and compaction work as directed.
  • Install and maintain erosion control measures.
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and effectively.
  • Assist with pipe installation, drainage structures, and underground utility work.
  • Perform grade checking, stake placement, and site cleanup activities.
  • Direct traffic and equipment movement when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Report unsafe conditions, accidents, or equipment issues to supervision immediately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
