This position is responsible for leading and managing the brass foundry as a cohesive, high-performing operation. The General Foreman will operate the foundry with a business-owner mindset, overseeing cost control, production performance, equipment reliability, and employee and union matters. The role focuses on improving process efficiency, increasing employee engagement, forecasting supply and demand, and ensuring sustainable operational results. Duties:
