Overseeing the teller/counter operations to ensure transactions (cash deposits/withdrawals, cheque processing, remittances) are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with procedures.Personally handling or thoroughly verifying the process of opening new accounts (savings, current, FD), ensuring KYC compliance is perfect.
Actively identifying opportunities to sell non-credit retail banking products to walk-in and existing customers. This includes:
Savings/Current Accounts
Fixed Deposits & Recurring Deposits
Debit Cards, Prepaid Cards, and Forex Cards
Digital Banking products (Mobile/Net Bank...
