Primary Function

A General Aircraft Mechanic performs scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance according to applicable standards across the NASA fleet of aircraft, simulators, and Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), and associated payload systems. Comply with all mandated certification requirements, including safety training, guidance on local processes, and general project orientation. This position is temporary through 31 December 2026 to support the X59 project. Must be able to work 10-hour shifts Friday – Monday with possible overtime.
