Responsibilities:

• Prepares Accounts Payable Voucher.
• Checks and prepare voucher of replenishment of Revolving Fund.
• Monitor and prepare payment of all utilities and other extraordinary expenses.
• Monitor and record special project expenses and imported purchases.
• Monitor and coordinate cash advances of HR/ Salesman/ Delivery/ Plant, payment of SSS Sickness Claim, Bereavement Assistant, Paternity Claim and Maternity.
• Process Weekly Direct and Agency Payroll, bank transfer and check preparation.
• Process Salesman Commission and its payment monthly.
• Checking and preparation of Sales Report monthly.
