Job Description
Run test cases in the virtual agent (chatbot) for various prompts or queries provided in local language
Write queries or question prompts to test use cases assigned for different scenarios
Compare responses generated by the virtual agent in local language against responses available in English language
Review for accuracy and relevancy in local language and capture any errors in translation noticed
Execute test cases and report defects found in the localization output
Perform detailed exploratory testing with the aim to find edge cases and make the user experience better
Write accurate translation/ localization bug reports with proper details and respond quickly on additional information requested for the bugs
