Position Description:

CGI is looking for a GEN AI Ops Intent Lead who will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and driving the successful delivery of Generative AI initiatives across the enterprise. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, governance functions, and platform teams to ensure GenAI solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.
The Intent Lead owns the end to end lifecycle of GenAI use cases, from intake and prioritization through deployment, adoption, and value realization. Working closely with engineering crews, architects, and business leaders, the Intent Lead ensures solutions align with strategic objectives, governance requirements, and operational needs.
This position will be performed onsite five days a week at our client site in Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX, or Pittsburgh, PA.
