            Key Responsibilities   Customer Service & Outlet Operations   Provide friendly and engaging customer service. 
Take customer orders accurately and process payments. 
Scoop and serve gelato according to company standards. 
Recommend and upsell menu items where appropriate. 
Assist with outlet opening, closing, and daily operational duties. 
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment for customers. 
 Gelato Production & FoodPreparation   Prepare and produce gelato according to standard recipes and procedures. 
Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients to ensure consistency and quality. 
Operate gelato production equipment safely and efficiently. 
Support packing, replenishment, and stock transfers when required. 
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products.
