Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee in the PU Maintenance & Plant Engineering department, you will support the maintenance and reliability of manufacturing equipment, utilities, and plant infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted production operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities, maintaining maintenance records, and supporting the monitoring of equipment performance and operational efficiency.
You will work closely with Maintenance, Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to identify equipment-related issues, support root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment reliability and plant productivity.
