Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional member service
  • Maintaining a safe, secure, and professional work environment
  • Developing a good understanding and operating of the till and back- office processes
  • Scheduling and problem solving
  • Fuel reconciliations
  • Placing and receiving orders pertaining to department needs
  • Maintaining a neat, clean and orderly location at all times by using good housekeeping standards
  • Coordinating workloads, enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
  • Maintaining financial objectives for the department
  • Pursuing continual learning by attending educational workshops available on the CRS hub and CRS courses and marketing meetings
  • Ensure all team members receive training required and complete all expected training reports from HR- weekly, monthly and quarterly.
