Role Description

Truzee is building a modern, made-to-order Indian ethnicwear brand with a strong focus on quality, execution, and production excellence. We’re looking for a Fashion Production Designer who can confidently bridge design intent and on-ground production.

What You’ll Do

• Understand design briefs and convert them into clear, production-ready inputs (construction details, measurements, fabric & trim specifications, embroidery placements)
• Own sampling, fit trials, corrections, and pilot approvals
• Source fabrics, trims, embellishments, and production inputs required for each style
• Coordinate closely with tailoring and embroidery units to ensure accurate execution
• Track timelines and proactively resolve production issues
