Fine Dining Italian restaurant is looking for EXPERIENCE Garde Manger.
Four to Five-day work week (30 hours a week), nights and weekends a must. Competitive salary to be discussed depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen are set up and stocked.
- Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
- Report to the executive chef and follow instructions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
