Your mission is to build and execute a Marine-specific Aftermarket strategy and translate growth opportunities into regional action plans with clear milestones.You are expected to grow and improve the profitability of the Marine Aftermarket business by expanding installed-base coverage, increasing service contract penetration, capturing dry-dock and voyage-repair scopes, recapturing lost boys, strengthening market visibility, improving customer satisfaction and supporting warranty processes.In addition you will be responsible for the management and guidance of regional sales representatives (agents) appointed by the business line management.As the Sales & Marketing Manager for the Marine Aftermarket, you lead the global commercial development and strategic direction of the Marine Aftermarket business for the Gas & Process division.You act as the central commercial driver connecting shipowners, operator...
