            Job Description Lead the conceptualization, design, and iteration of game mechanics, systems, and levels for incubation projects. 
Develop compelling gameplay loops, player progression models, and core interaction patterns. 
Create design documentation (GDDs, feature specs, wireframes) to communicate design intent. 
Collaborate closely with developers to implement and refine gameplay features. 
Run and evaluate playtests to gather user feedback and continuously improve prototypes. 
Maintain a backlog of viable game concepts and contribute to ideation pipelines. 
Support game pitches and internal evaluations by presenting design thinking and rationale. 
Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field. 
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (including internship) in game design, preferably with shipped titles or prototypes.
