Scope of Role

Red Diamond is seeking a game designer to work on digital and tabletop RPGs. You will work on designing power progressions, enemy encounters, seasonal events, and balancing core mechanics. This is an in‑person, full‑time role open to Canadian and US‑based candidates.

Essential Qualifications

• Creative, detail‑oriented, and deadline‑focused
• Kindness, empathy, and a desire to work collaboratively with others
• Ability to design compelling, mathematically‑balanced RPG content
• A passion for gaming and working at a game studio
• College degree in a relevant field
• This position is an in‑person role located in Halifax, Nova Scotia
