【Job Sumary】
•Plan, develop, and operate smartphone game applications currently released in the Japanese market and global markets.
• Design in-game features and gameplay systems.
• Propose and design UI/UX ideas for game systems.
• Adjust and balance gameplay mechanics.
• Work closely with CG Artists, Game Programmers, and Testers to ensure features are implemented as designed.
• Analyze user data and feedback to propose improvements and optimize game quality.
