Main Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Corporate E-Channel projects (e.g., corporate e-Banking / Host to Host solution), including requirement gathering, implementation, and post-launch optimization to ensure alignment with market standards and client needs.
- Provide on-site support at business units to accompany Relationship Managers (RMs) in client meetings, address for Corporate E-Channels inquiries, and coordinate issue resolution across stakeholders.
- Raise user requirements, monitor progress, and ensure new services/initiatives are effectively implemented, benchmarked against market best practices, and deliver excellent customer experience.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to plan, execute, and optimize digital channel initiatives.
