Working Hours

Monday to Saturday 9am - 5pm. Sundays and Public Holidays 9am - 2pm. 4 days off a month. For every public holiday worked an additional 1 day off.

Educational & Skills Requirements

Minimum education level: Matric.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail.

Previous background in a customer-facing environment in sales, admin and retail would be advantageous.

Excellent communication and networking skills.

Duties & Responsibilities Consistently achieve sales targets. Ensure high level customer satisfaction by providing excellent sales and after sales service. Assist clients by giving valuable advice on products, fabrics, accessories, and identify and meet a customer’s needs. Maximise sales opportunities by following up with existing customers.
