About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Funding Accountant to join our finance team in Blyth. This is a key role within the business, supporting the management of a diverse portfolio of grant-funded projects while ensuring strong financial control and compliance with funding regulations.

Working closely with the Funding Manager and colleagues across the organisation, you'll play an integral part in protecting the organisation from financial risk, including potential funding clawback. You'll build relationships with project managers, external stakeholders, and auditors, becoming a trusted partner in delivering successful, compliant projects.
