Job Description

The role partners closely with Wellington Management’s ’40 Act stakeholder group, including Sales, Product Management, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Tax teams, to support the effective implementation of governance standards and regulatory requirements. Specific responsibilities include:

Policy and Procedure Maintenance: The Fund Governance Analyst plays a key role in the ongoing maintenance of policies and procedures applicable to the ’40 Act fund platform, supporting their accuracy, consistency, and alignment with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards. This includes coordinating periodic reviews, tracking regulatory or business‑driven updates, and working closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Product teams to ensure policies and procedures remain current, clearly articulated, and operationally effective.
