Job Details:

Fund Associate Attorney

Responsibilities: 

- Advise venture capital, growth equity, and other private equity funds through all stages of formation

- Draft and negotiate key fund documentation

- Manage investor onboarding and subscription processes

- Advise on day-to-day fund operations, fund structuring, tax considerations, and regulatory frameworks

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a nationally recognized law firm

- Familiarity with Investment Company Act, Investment Advisors Act, Securities Act

- Interest in fund formation and investment management work demonstrated by prior deal or fund-side experience
