Conducting fund administration operation across multiple jurisdictions, including Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Managing fund administration activities such as investor due diligence, transaction processing, capital call, fund valuation, fund distribution, and other related activities.
Maintaining shareholder register and investor files.
Liaising with internal stakeholders on fundraising, investments, finance, as well as external regulators for fund reporting.
Coordinating with regulators to ensure strict compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.
Key Requirements
Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Legal.
At least 3-4 years of working experience.
Good interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
