As a core member of our Private Assets team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award‑winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• You willprepare periodical Net Asset Value calculations for the Private Equity Funds, including Financial Statement preparation, trial balance review and Partner/Shareholder Allocation calculations.
• Execute the financial control elements covering assets, liabilities, income and expenses and equity
• Independently complete cash, portfolio, and capital reconciliations and investigate and resolve any discrepancies
• Independently prepare and reconcile income and expense accruals, including calculating admin fees, management fees and carried interest
