Supervisory Bargaining Unit – Level 12 SALARY RANGE: $106,600 - $120,084 annually DOQ GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Under the general supervision of the Chief of Engineering Services, this position is responsible for the planning, design, and delivery of engineering principles for capital improvement and maintenance projects.
Work includes coordinating projects from initial scoping and evaluation through design, budgeting, contract administration, and construction.
This position provides technical and supervisory directions to engineering staff and consultants, ensuring work is completed in accordance with Authority standards, applicable codes, and regulatory requirements.
The role supports capital planning efforts, asset management functions, and interagency coordination, while ensuring quality assurance/quality control throughout project development and implementation.
