This role involves joining a team-based model to support adults with mental health conditions across various services. Specific responsibilities include psychiatric assessments, treatment of inpatients, and collaboration with primary care teams for integrated services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide psychiatric assessments for inpatients in medical/surgical wards
• Collaborate with primary care teams for effective patient care
• Supervise medical students and psychiatry residents as needed
• Offer rapid consult services through the Richmond Rapid Access Consult Clinic
• Liaise with the Emergency Department for urgent referrals
