Job Description OPEN POSITION:
Physician - Endocrinologist

SCHEDULE:

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00am to 5:00pm
• No Nights or Weekends
• Minimal On-Call
• Some Flexibility Offered

COMPENSATION:

• $200,000 to $220,000 Base Salary, dependent upon experience
• Productivity Bonus Plan
• $250,000 to $350,000 Annual Income
• Partnership Track (after 2 years of employment)
• Malpractice Insurance w/ Tail
• Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance
• 5 Weeks Paid Time Off
• $2,000 Annual CME Allowance
