Demonstrate a deep understanding of coffee and matcha origins, flavour profiles, and brewing parameters, and share your knowledge with customers to enhance their drinking experience.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including coffee equipment, serving areas, and storage areas, in accordance with food safety standards.
