You will be part of the homegrown HR benefit and compensation platform COIN, working as a Fullstack Developer within a global HR IT product team. Together with Product Owners from the business and external development partners, you will contribute to the design, development, and operation of a global HR platform supporting merit processes, talent management, people administration, and compensation-related use cases. In this role, you work end-to-end across frontend and backend, actively shaping solution architecture, ensuring high quality, and coordinating with stakeholders across the full application lifecycle.
