Robert Half is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper with prior public accounting experience, for a fully remote project opportunity with a well-known & reputable organization. This position is ideal for Bookkeepers who have experience managing bookkeeping functions for multiple clients in a fast-paced environment. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring books are organized and ready for tax and reporting requirements. The ideal Full Charge Bookkeeper must have prior experience working for a CPA firm or advisory firm.
Responsibilities for the Full Charge Bookkeeper:
+ Managing bookkeeping for multiple clients simultaneously.
+ Reviewing and categorizing income, expenses, rent activity, repairs, and other financial transactions.
+ Preparing and maintaining accurate monthly financial records and P& L reporting.
