We are seeking a compassionate Psychiatric & Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team!
Facility Location: 309 Lancaster Dr. NE, Salem, OR 97301
Clinical Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Coverage: Facility operates 7 days per week
Ideal Candidate: Seeking providers who are flexible and able to:

• Work 2 weekend days a month
• Participate in telephonic on-call coverage
• Support a collaborative team dedicated to providing consistent, high-quality patient care
