FT Contract - HR (Projects) - Johannesburg - South Africa
Reporting to the Manager: Human Resource Systems & Reporting, this role will be responsible for reviewing current HR processes for the company to ensure best people practice.
Review and re-define HR processes to ensure alignment of HR strategies in line with Company and legislative requirements.
Inherent Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
B Degree in the Human Resources field
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Generalist HR role
Experience in reviewing HR processes
Computer Literacy
Valid drivers’ license
Advantage:
Experience in a HR mining environment
Technical Competencies:
Understanding of the link between HR and business strategy
Significant knowledge of HR processes (policies and procedures)
