Responsibbilities
1.Strategic Market Expansion: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to penetrate major banks and insurance firms.
2.Account Leadership: Act as the primary strategic advisor for key FSI accounts, identifying pain points in their IT infrastructure, application development, and cybersecurity.
3.Solution Selling: Lead the sales of IT outsourcing services, including Digital Transformation Services(Cloud,Big Data,AI), Core Banking support, and Staff Augmentation.
4.Relationship Management: Maintain and deepen long-term relationships with Senior Management from Technology to Procurement.
5.Bid & Proposal Management: Lead the response for high-value RFPs, ensuring technical and commercial alignment with the client’s regulatory requirements.
