Position Summary

The Frozen Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily operation of the Frozen Department by ensuring product availability, maintaining merchandising standards, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service. This position assists with inventory management, ordering, stocking, pricing accuracy, and department presentation while helping to lead and develop department associates. The Frozen Supervisor promotes a clean, safe, and efficient work environment and supports overall store goals.

Ensure shelves, end caps, and promotional displays are fully stocked and properly merchandised.

Monitor product quality, rotation, and code dating to maximize freshness and reduce shrink.
