AIA SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Customer Service Analyst (CSA) to be the first point of contact for walk-in customers at our Service Centre in Singapore. The CSA will provide high service standards and educate customers on our digital tools.

The ideal applicant will have at least a diploma or degree, 2 years of customer service experience—preferably in the insurance sector—strong communication skills, and a commitment to enhancing customer experience.
