Savtech Digital is a Karachi-based digital agency seeking a Front Sales Associate focused on eBooks to drive inbound and outbound conversions for digital content products. The role involves qualifying prospects, demonstrating product value, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for eBook inquiries and respond to inbound leads via phone and CRM channels.
• Qualify prospects by identifying needs, budget, timeline, and decision‑makers; maintain detailed CRM records.
• Present eBook packages, pricing, and delivery schedules; provide consultative recommendations and tailored proposals.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals through consistent outreach and pipeline management.
• Coordinate with content, design, and project teams to ensure accurate order capture and timely delivery.
