Key Responsibilities
Execute and monitor portfolio rebalances, cash flows, and index/model updates across Solutions and Index accounts.
Perform daily oversight of positions, exposures, cash, and tracking error, escalating issues as needed.
Monitor and resolve guideline breaches, exceptions, and data discrepancies, ensuring proper documentation.
Coordinate with Trading on implementation timing, liquidity constraints, and execution sequencing.
Support new account onboarding and mandate changes.
Perform quality checks to ensure pricing, cash, and model inputs are applied consistently across account groups.
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives; help reduce manual touchpoints.
Coach junior team members and support knowledge sharing and training.
