The Front of House Manager is one of the most commercially important positions within our Aftersales operation, acting as the vital link between our customers, service teams, and financial objectives. Working with our fantastic luxury brands Astin Martin, Bentley and Rolls Royce Motor Cars. 

As a Front of House Manager your day Will Include:

Leading the customer-facing Aftersales team to deliver an exceptional ownership experience.
Driving customer retention, commercial revenue, and departmental profitability.
Setting daily priorities and monitoring team performance to achieve business objectives.
Managing manufacturer Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) programmes and ensuring compliance.
