            Handle incoming walk-in customers, phone calls, appointment bookings and messages 
Handle client checkout and payments 
Deliver product knowledge to customers through effective communication to increase consumer understanding and product sales 
Promote products and services to maximize sales opportunities where necessary 
Address clients' needs and concerns efficiently and effectively providing service recovery when necessary 
Provide constructive feedback on sales, effectiveness of promotions, customers, product and service launches. 
Manage and maintain the studio's tidiness and cleanliness 
Other administrative ad-hoc duties where necessary
