Office administration including booking travel and meetings, respond to emails on behalf of the Management, taking minutes, prepare reports and presentations and follow up on client queries
Manage with JAFZA regulators to issue permits, passes, visas, labor contracts, and trade licenses.

3 years of office administration experience as a secretary, personal assistant, or administrator. Experience in a JAFZA company is an advantage.
