Essential Duties

Register hotel guests.

Check in & check out hotel guests.

Answer emails in a professional manner.

Direct telephone calls and take messages as necessary.

Collect payment & post charges correctly and accurately.

Make and revise room reservations.

Answer emails in a professional manner and understand the handoff procedure.

Deliver superior customer service to guests.

Communicate well with co-workers and management in a positive constructive manner.

Using Microsoft 365 in a professional concise manner.
Secondary Duties
Survey the property and secure unlocked or open areas during shift.

Clean lobby, front and back-office areas.

Report all incidents to Powerhouse and record the issue and how it was resolved.

Fill out a nightly Passdown report and email to appropriate supervisors.
