Our Guest Experience Experts deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done, including processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing highlights of the local area.
Guest Experience Experts must maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold confidentiality, protect company assets, maintain quality standards, and present a professional appearance. They are expected to be on their feet, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and handling objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. They should perform all duties without assistance and adapt to additional reasonable job duties as requested.
