In BYD we are looking for our next Fresh graduate Automotive Analyst to support the automotive sales and service teams by providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process.

This is a commercial position, focused on fresh graduate applicants.

Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on manufacturing, vehicle design, engineering, plant operations or higher than mentioned will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for BYD dealer service store and competitor service store secret visits, regularly feedback research results
• Support the definition and presentation of service packages, warranty options, and maintenance programs
• Promote the improvement of sales service and verify the closure of the issues found in visits
