Job Title: Freight Pricing Executive / Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager/ Manager (Experience basis)
Key Responsibilities
Freight Pricing & Rate Negotiation
• Negotiate FCL and Air Import freight rates across multiple trade lanes.
• Prepare competitive sea and air freight quotations for both spot and long-term shipments.
• Maintain and update rate sheets in coordination with carriers, NVOCCs, and overseas offices.
• Support the sales team with pricing strategies to acquire and retain clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing for strategic decision-making.
• Handle RFQs for key customers across PAN India, ensuring timely submissions.
• Manage EXW, FCA, DAP, and DDP quotation requests efficiently.
• Generate weekly and monthly MIS reports, including volume performance analysis.
• Ensure smooth transition from pricing to operations at origin and destination.
