Oversee monthly production cycles across regional locations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance 
Conduct rigorous pre- and post-month-end data checks to enhance reporting quality and data governance 
Analyse operational processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk 
Maintain strong data integrity standards across systems and reporting frameworks 
Perform root cause analysis on operational issues to improve import/export performance and customer outcomes 
Deliver business analysis and insights to support regional freight forwarding growth strategy
