            Working as an implant at the client's location to assist with shipping and logistics 
Forecasting and planning shipments using the materials expedite report 
Work with the client's suppliers to arrange for the pickup of the cargo and to find an appropriate sailing for the consignment. 
Check in with foreign offices regarding freight costs, reservations, and the progress of shipments. 
Shipment activation, shipping documentation preparation, and UDR assignment 
Getting import and export licenses ready for customs reports 
Track the status of shipments every day and notify the appropriate parties on a regular basis. 
Attend the shipment status meeting with the client and give updates. 
Timely preparation of the quote and bills for the client's billing 
Coordinate the preparation and filing of tenders with the local and international offices.
