• Perform gap analysis and track opportunities for improvements.
• Develop and track KPI-s to measure logistic service providers and lead QBR-s
• Lead Cool Chain/ others RFQ
• Lead F&D Optimization imperative and drive, plan and implement resulted projects.
• Lead corporate procurement RFQ projects and propose fact driven business strategy on negotiations
