Job Description for FRC Supervisor Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and liaise with the FRC Engineer/Manager and Technicians to maintain efficiency in the Facilities Management Department and FRC.
Serve as the first point of contact for any unplanned occurrences or events.
Assign jobs, tasks, and Work Orders to Duty Technicians appropriately.
Submit daily reports generated from EFIRM by 0800 hrs.
Conduct daily toolbox meetings for staff.
Administer and control the issuance of passes and permits to work in FRC by contractors, verifying all documentation.
Collate data and facts for follow-up reports to the FRC Engineer/Manager.
Monitor and track operating parameters of various critical systems in accordance with the checklist schedule (SKH-SOP-FRC-06, Annex D).
Ensure all faults are captured in EFIRM; maintain manual records during system downtime.
