The Fraud Operations team reviews suspicious activity flagged by our fraud detection system or escalated from Customer Support agents.
Analysts will block users deemed fraudulent or risky, clear false positive flags, monitor for new trends in fraudulent behavior, and evolve policies and procedures to stay ahead of fraudsters.
The position is a non‐exempt hourly role, available full‐time on the Sunday‐Thursday shift (8:00am‐4:30pm Central Time).
